• Refunds: We do not offer refunds. However, in some cases, you might be eligible for a credit note that can be used on future orders.
• Missing Items: If an item is missing from your order, please raise an issue with us. We will ship the missing item to you as soon as possible. You must provide an unboxing video showing the missing product.
